Registration Fees

> The registration fees include participation in scientific sessions, congress materials, a name badge, a certificate of attendance, and tea and coffee breaks with cookies served twice daily.
Accommodation Fees
| SNG | 1500 € |
| DBL (DBL is the fee per person in the room.) | 1125 € |
> Accommodation fee; 4-night package accommodation, open buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner are included.
Transfer Fees
| One Way Transfer Fee | 3.000 TL |
| Round-trip Transfer Fee | 6.000 TL |
> Hotel reservation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
The final cancellation date is February 16, 2026.
For cancellations made by February 16, 2026, a refund will be issued after deducting bank charges and the cost of one night’s stay.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after February 16, 2026.
The final payment deadline is March 27, 2026.
